What we collect

Account email, optional profile fields (business name, ABN, capability details, certifications), saved searches, bookmarks, and AI-generated bid drafts you create. Usage analytics covers page views, feature events, and request metadata.

How we use it

To run the service: serve the feed, send digests you've opted into, verify ABNs, and generate AI drafts when you request one. We do not sell your data, and we do not share profile data with buyers until you mark your profile visible.

Retention

Bid drafts and bookmarks are kept until you delete them. Analytics events are kept for 24 months. ABN cache entries are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@arkqon.com. We respond within 30 days.
