The service
ARKQON aggregates publicly-available Australian tender data and provides tooling on top of it. We make no warranty that any specific tender is complete or current — always verify with the issuing buyer before submitting a response.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your email secure. If your account is compromised, email security@arkqon.com.
Pro subscriptions
AU$250 per month, GST exclusive, billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from /account/billing — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
AI outputs
Bid drafts are generated by Claude (Anthropic). Drafts are your starting point; you remain responsible for what you submit to a buyer. Do not paste any privileged or classified material into the prompt.
Governing law
New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes go to NSW courts.
