Australian Privacy Principles

ARKQON handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Our privacy statement details what we collect and why.

Data residency

Customer data is stored in ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Backups remain in the same region.

SOC 2

SOC 2 Type I in scope for FY26. We'll publish the report and any sub-processor list here on completion.
